About BetterJet
BetterJet (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates betterjet.co.nz, an aggregation platform that lists empty leg charter flights made available by independent New Zealand charter operators. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
What BetterJet does
BetterJet is an information and enquiry platform only. We list empty leg flights published by charter operators and facilitate introductions between operators and interested travellers. We do not operate aircraft, sell tickets, or act as a travel agent. All flights listed are subject to the availability and terms of the individual operator.
No guarantee of availability
Empty legs are inherently time-sensitive and may be filled, cancelled, or rescheduled at any time by the operator. BetterJet makes no guarantee that any listed flight will be available, confirmed, or operated. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking or reservation.
Flight enquiries
When you submit an enquiry for a flight, your contact details are forwarded directly to the relevant charter operator. Any resulting booking is a contract solely between you and the operator. BetterJet is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability in connection with it.
Accounts
Creating an account on BetterJet is free. An account gives you access to all flight listings and the ability to set up email alerts for your preferred hubs. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Flight alerts
Free flight alert emails are provided as a courtesy. We do not guarantee delivery, accuracy, or timeliness of alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use BetterJet for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or republish flight listings without permission.
- Submit false or misleading enquiries.
- Attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security feature of the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, BetterJet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including any reliance on flight listings, failed bookings, or operator conduct.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BetterJet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
